The staff offered commendable service, enhancing the overall positive experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city's major museums like the Van Gogh Museum and the Heineken Experience, making it a perfect base for exploring. The friendly staff made us feel welcomed, especially Joseph, who went above and beyond with his kindness. Our room was always clean and comfortable, which was great for our large family.

The Souterrain Small Double Room was a bit cramped, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had instant hot water, which was nice. I could hear other guests coming in late at night, though. The room had an electric kettle, which was a plus, but it felt a little outdated. Wi-Fi was decent too.
